The data controller is Filippo Oteri, reachable at agencyoter@gmail.com for any request regarding the processing of personal data.

Through the "Start a project" form we collect: name, email address, project goal, indicative budget, and a free-text description of the request (up to 2,000 characters). This data is processed solely to respond to the inquiry and evaluate a potential business proposal.

If you book a call via the "Book a call" button, the data you enter (name, email, chosen time) is collected directly by Cal.com under its own privacy notice, which applies in that context.

During browsing, technical data (IP address, access logs) is also processed by the hosting provider, as required for the site to function.

Processing of data submitted via the contact form is based on the explicit consent given through the mandatory checkbox in the form, as well as on pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Data submitted via the contact form is transmitted to Resend (Resend Inc.), the email delivery provider, solely to deliver the request to the controller's email address.

The form uses Google reCAPTCHA as an anti-spam measure: during submission, Google LLC receives technical device and interaction data under its own privacy policy.

The site is hosted on Vercel Inc., which processes the technical access logs required to provide the service. Cookie preferences are managed via inth.com/c15t.

None of these parties uses the data for purposes of their own beyond those stated above.

Resend, Google, and Vercel are companies based in the United States. Data transferred to these providers relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other GDPR adequacy mechanisms adopted by each provider.

Data collected through the contact form is kept for 12 months from the last contact with the data subject, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless a different legal obligation applies or a contractual relationship is established.

At any time you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, by writing to agencyoter@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy, www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing violates applicable law.

This site is not intended to knowingly collect data from minors under 16.
